　　Today， after school， my friends asked me to have dinner with them， I felt so happy and went the restaurant with them. Then I found they wanted to eat buffet， I was so happy， because I always wanted to have buffet， I could eat a lot of food. As we paid the money more than we usually spent， so all of us wanted to eat as more as possible， even though we were full enough， we still tried to eat. I would go the wash room many times， so that I could continue to eat. I found eating the buffet should be a happy thing for me， but now it seemed to be a kind of torture， I always told myself to eat more than I could bear， my stomach hurt. The experience to eat buffet lets me realize that I should enjoy the food instead of eat more than I could bear.

　　今天，下課后，我的邀請(qǐng)我和他們一起吃晚飯，我感到很開心，和他們一起去館子。我發(fā)現(xiàn)朋友們想要吃自助餐，我很開心，因?yàn)槲铱偸窍胍�吃自助餐，我能吃很多食物。因�(yàn)槲覀儽绕匠６嗷�了錢，所以我們都想要盡可能的多吃，即使我們足夠的吃飽，仍然想要去吃。我會(huì)上很多次洗手間，這樣我就能繼續(xù)去吃。我發(fā)現(xiàn)吃自助餐對(duì)我來說應(yīng)該是一件開心的事，但是卻有點(diǎn)像是折磨，我總是告訴自己多吃，超過了承受的范圍，胃都受傷了。吃自助餐的經(jīng)歷讓我意識(shí)到我應(yīng)該享受食物，而不是吃到超過自己的承受范圍。
